Sharing Christ’s Love From Christmas to Easter

Christmas and Easter, our high and holy holidays, offer our Love INC family a sacred opportunity—to reflect Christ’s love through relationship, consistency, and hope. While many seasonal drives and giveaways focus on meeting immediate needs, Love INC’s holiday assistance is rooted in something deeper: relationships nurtured throughout the year. This approach reflects our commitment to Redemptive Compassion^®—walking alongside hardworking families in lasting, transformative ways.

One powerful example is Gloria and her daughters. During our 2024 Christmas deliveries, Chalette joined the Bimonte family and Love INC volunteers in prayer over Gloria, who was walking through a difficult season. Those moments of prayer and encouragement spoke life and hope into her heart. One year later, Gloria’s story looks remarkably different. She secured better employment, purchased a new car, and watched her daughters thrive academically and emotionally.

Gloria shared, “One way our lives have changed is that I took the courage of finding a new job and getting a new car, so things are looking positive—even through the transition—because of the support I gained through Love INC.”

Transformation also marked the journey of Stephen. In 2024, he was unable to open presents with his son. A year later, Stephen is celebrating the holidays with his child by his side.

When reflecting on his Love INC relationship, Stephen said, “to know there’s someone that cares and will do whatever they can to find my son and me help is very comforting.”

For Melissa and her sister Kara, Love INC’s steady presence has been a lifeline in uncertain seasons. Melissa shared, “Your organization has never lost hope for me and continues to check in on me. My life has changed with the kindness and blessings you have provided.”

Another testimony comes from Christi, whose family received fully furnished housing support during a critical transition. “We are able to read our Bible daily and be reminded that we can do anything through Christ,” she shared—expressing gratitude for holistic care.

December 2025 also brought an urgent need for Tiara, a devoted mother of four who had finally reunited her family after years of foster care and separation. A financial scam threatened her housing and Christmas. Through the Love INC Network—and faithful partners from Sacred Heart, Palma Ceia Presbyterian, and The Church at Channelside—an eviction was prevented, stability was restored, and Christmas was saved!

As we reflect on love shared over our most recent Advent and Lenten season, we’re reminded that love shines brightest in moments of crisis. Because of faithful supporters 24 families and 43 children to continue journeys of renewal, dignity, and lasting transformation into 2026.

Throughout Easter, we celebrate resurrection—not just then, but now. Lives are being restored. Hope is rising. We see this story unfolding every day through relationships, the Church, and the love of Christ at work in our community.

This Easter, that transformation came full circle. Inspired by the love she received at Christmas, Melissa stepped forward—not as a recipient, but as a contributor. In a powerful expression of mutual participation, she created Easter baskets for Love INC families, bringing joy to 12 children across four families.

These simple gifts became a reflection of resurrection hope—and a reminder that love is meant to flow through us, not just to us.

Because of Jesus, transformation is possible. Because of Jesus, love moves. Because of Jesus, love lives here. 💙
