R.E.A.C.H. | Work Life – Spring 2026

R.E.A.C.H. (Relationships that Equip, Affirm, Challenge, and Heal) is a Christ-centered initiative provides financial coaching, job readiness, goal setting, and parenting skills, all rooted in biblical principles. This program offers self-development classes led by Love INC staff and church volunteers, designed to provide ongoing learning and growth for Guests and community members. These seasonal courses offer short modules that foster a safe space for participants and mentors to connect, build trust, and form relationships that support lasting transformation.

R.E.A.C.H. was founded on the very principles that Jesus taught to His disciples and those who needed a supernatural, but an intimate touch from God. He set the example of how we are to impact the lives of others by bringing “Heaven on Earth” through acts of compassion, love and service.

R.E.A.C.H. leads Love INC Guests, volunteers and community participants to five destinations of transformation:

• A relationship with Jesus Christ
• Safe and stable housing
• Sustainable income
• A strong support network in the Body of Christ
• Ongoing mental and emotional well-being

Registration is free and open to the public.

Course:

Work Life is designed to help participants identify and communicate their strengths, understand what employers value, and demonstrate positive workplace behaviors such as accountability, teamwork, and professionalism. The course also builds confidence in the job search and interview process while applying biblical principles to work ethic, decision-making, and long-term success.
